If you have seen the film, My Name is Khan, there is the sweeping comparison  to which I felt regarding the law which has been recently passed and signed into law, Republic Act 10175 otherwise named as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 which has draw flak from among netizens in the Philippines and other human rights groups. Photo Sunday: by the new lamp post made old

As I visited the Paco Cemetery and walk around its sacred grounds, I came across great markers of great heroes and men. As I immersed myself in its sheer beauty and humble beginnings, I saw a great nation, once tattered but rekindled by the fire of heroism and how great treasures were kept in the hearts of those who fought for the freedom I enjoy today. This new lamp post was made to augment in its historic semblance and to blend the new with the old or the old with the new but the most impressive is the manner how the places were still made, as it was in the past in the present.
