Photo Sunday: Pinkish in prayer I say?

A man in prayer who wears his life in his pink backpack. Hong Kong

As a backpacker and a photographer, I am more drawn to ordinary people in their silent offertory to their faith and to God. This photo is what I have captured while in a jaunt to Hong Kong and in particular, my visit to the Wong Tai Sin Temple.  This portrays a faithful, a young man who wears pink backpack and offers his silent prayers to his faith. I may have no idea who he is and what he is praying for but resolute as I am and was, I captured his solemn and avowed duty to constantly remind me and those who visits me that no matter how and what we go through in this life, we receive answers when we pray. No matter how we carry life’s load, in whatever colors and hues we so live it, we find peace when we pray.
