Photo Sunday: Opulence of faith

The pulpit of the San Agustin Church in Manila

The Philippines is blessed with so many impressive landmarks and a great way to appreciate it is visiting churches such as the San Agustin Church in Intramuros. This church is very impressive and impeccably designed inside with lavish gold trimmings and carvings which dates back to the Spanish occupation in the Philippines.

I captured this photo of the pulpit where the priest officiating the mass at the San Agustin Church stood and delivers his homily. I say this is the best I have seen travelling and seeing churches.
